About Us
Whether you’re a fisherman, hunter, or going on a family vacation, 6 Mile Lodge is the place for you. We have 4 brand new, fully furnished cabins, ready for you to occupy. We have docks out front for your boat in the summer and plowed road on the ice in the winter. We’re on a quiet dead end road with 7 acres to run around on. We want to make this your home away from home. If you want fishing advice, when and where to go for Happy Hour, restaurant recommendations, guide recommendations, or anything else to do or see in the lake region, we are here to help.

Looking for the perfect place for fishing? Or a place to hang out with family? This place is perfect for both! Ample space for boat parking, electrical hookups, with a convenient dock. The inside? Amazing! Clean, airy, lots of light, comfortable furniture and beds, great tv, efficient kitchen with awesome appliances. Kitchen was perfectly stocked leaving nothing needed to pack. They even had a frier for that fresh fish! And finally the outside.....Wow!......the view off of the front deck while grilling on the Charbroil grill, sitting on very comfortable patio chairs watching the sunet -- well, these words can't adequately describe how amazing that was. We were very happy with all parts of this stay and highly recommend for anyone coming out this way for any purpose! Perfect place, everything you can ask for, this place is definitely a "one-of-kind".

This cabin was so perfect for a restful getaway. With the two large bedrooms and two spacious bathrooms, it was ideal for our family. Additionally, the deck was large enough for all of us and a few others to hang out at. It is exciting to see all the potential of how this place could expand in the future!! We all felt comfortable and anticipate that we will rent it again in the future. You will not be disappointed in this rental.

The place was great. We went to go fishing for a few days from out of state. The place was just what we were looking for, Clean, peaceful spacious. The dock was close by. He communicated very well, and it was just as he said. It is new and he was still improving it. can't wait to see the improvements. I won't say what it was missing for they're on his to do list from what he told us. We would defiantly stay there again.
